the hotel location was excellent, minutes away from everything. all staff were very friendly. the little cafe downstairs was excellent, with a great choice of food. nothing was too much trouble. it was a very popular place with locals, a great sign!
the wifi was atrocious... the worst i've ever experienced.

The location is very central. I walked to all sites easily. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean.
The room was old and a little beauty was missing. I also had an issue with noises from the room next to me. This happened in the middle of the night.

the hotel location is pretty good. i found many shops and restaurants close to the hotel. the staff always was friendly. the coffee was delicious.
the wifi, it was very bad. i told the reception about it. the pocket door to the bath was missing. this really was not good.

The patisserie on the ground floor was a real highlight. I went there for brunch and desserts every day. the location was central, i could walk almost everywhere i wanted to go. the beds were very comfortable and adaptable to the weather because of all the layers of bedding available.
the wifi was terrible. it was the worst i have experienced, i spoke to reception and it was a waste of time

A lovely café sits on the ground floor. It provides a wide choice of items. breakfasts offer superb choices and are of very high quality. i especially enjoyed the coffee shop, which turns into a residents area in the evening.

The hotel is in the old town. This creates a very atmospheric environment. shopping areas are really close. I found everything within walking distance. many places to eat surround the hotel so i never had to go far.
